Oil leak around main bearing on front cover
Just as the title says, I've got an oil leak from around the main bearing on the front cover. It's leaking, not horribly, but it needs to stop.
What would be the proper course in fixing this? Replacing the bearing, gaskets, etc...

Yes, replace the front oil seal. Keep in mind that there are dangers in loosening and removing the e-shaft bolt and hub. The torrington bearings tend to drop out of position, then get crushed during assembly. Clutch pedal must be pushed to the floor and kept there for the entire time, once the e-shaft bolt is broken loose.

Unless it's an FD with pull type clutch.
