Hey everyone been dealing with this car for 6 months trying to get it to run for deals gap next month I now have spark but I'm only getting 1 spark for every 3 spins of the CAS I have changed out the CAS twice and the leading coils twice also tried several ecu's has the stock wiring harness and is making continuity to the ecu also all the grounds are good all relays click on and all fuses are good. Has this problem ever happened to anyone else? I need help ASAP!

 

87 FC TII with rebuilt 13b NA stage 2 streetport with TII wiring harness should work but isn't
