Cool No Spark Please Help.......

Ok heres the problem...I got my 87 turbo II in july but havent gotten it runnin as yet. When i got the car it had no motor,no gearbox and no fuel pump..Ok so now got that worked out put everything in even went with a walbro and a brand new clutch. NOW.. cranking the car it just turns and turns. so i stopped cranking it after like every 4-5 seconds cause didnt want to burn out the starter. But I made my friend go crank it while i checked for spark. i check by pulling off the plug wires from the coil packs while he cranked the car and no spark. Not even a little. But heres the thing when i first put together everything in my car i was getting spark but no fuel. i wasnt getting fuel because the resistor under the AFM was not there(the one for the injectors) so i had to go buy one from somebody with a 87 turbo II. Now i plugged it in then no spark.. Do you know what the problem could be? any bad fuses inside the car?Any bad grounds? Bad Coil packs? But remember I was getting spark not too long ago. Also i checked the blk/yllw wire that goes to the coil pack but the battery and i was getting th e 12v's but i checked that with the key in the ON postion not sure if that was right ok one more thing i checked and changed ALL fuses under the hood but please if you have any info thanks....
