no boost <3500rpm

hi. i have an fc TII 92.
i have a problem and i don't know what is going on.
from idle to 3500rpm i feel like my engine is running with only 1 rotor working.
after that point it seems ok it boosts up to 0,6bar and everything look almost fine

do you have any idea why is this happening???

all i could think of is that one of my primary injectors is not working (i cleaned and measured all of them and they are ok)

no 3500 rpms is no ordinary turbo lag for a stock s5 turbo. that sucker should be around full boost at that time. is it sputtering, or just reving slow? have you recently done anything to the car?(minor mods)?
peace

thanks for the replies.
i had my engine rebuilted in february, and then i installed a 3" downpipe and a 3" single end exhaust system by BORDER, with a 300dpi catalist to keep the boost bellow danger zone.

i am not talking about spool time. at 2500 i always had full boost.
it sounds and drives as like my one rotor has no compression at all. but after 3500rpm it lives up and start pylling hard and boosting as usual

you might have a bad injector. I see you checked them but try using some new ones or some different ones. I had the same problem, the injectors checked out to be ok, but when i changed them everything was fine. actually better than before

its not just the turbo.
below 3500rpm it sounds like an apex seal is broken and one of the rotors is not working at all. and after 3500 it sound and pulls fine
