motor oil

hi, couldnt sleep and this popped into my mind...what type of oil does the rx8 use?...what does mazda recommend now that synthic is up to par with the standards?...also i was looking at this airplane catalogue and i realized that since rotary engines can be used for airplanes, would adding in aviation motor oil be good for automotive applicaitons?...the oil description says it lubricates in cold temps....ok...imma try to go back to sleep now..

5W20 is Mazda reccommended. Mazda has approved of synthetic in this rotary. I will be using 5w30 Mobil 1. Only have 560 miles it's gonna be a while till I hit that 1000 miles to do my 1st oil change.
