Missing hoses and plugs...help please

Ok ive been working on the car to get it back straight on the road and i noticed that it has few hoses mising and 3 plugs that honestly i dont know what they for. Can you please help me out here??????

Plug them off and go? they already off..........lol, im just curious what they for cause i got the car pretty much dead. Plug some that was loose but i have those 3 plugs remaining, and 3 hoses left.......
