JDM S5 FC will turn over w/no start after redesign

My JDM S5 FC was running with no issues when I began my update project. Removed everything from the engine bay repainted and did a clean upgraded installation. Did nothing to the motor which I believe is completely stock. So far all form no function. It turns over but won't start.

Pre-existing components:
Apexi Power FC 13b1 (No Change)
Garret hybrid turbo (Replaced with BNR stage 3)
FIC (Replaced with Vmount kit))
Full Function rails (No Change)
550/1100 injectors (Replaced oem 550 and Bosche 160010ohm resistors added)
High output fuel pump (No change)
Tuned by Angel in Hampton VA (No change)

Here is what I have verified as properly functional:
I've read half the posts in this forum trying to resolve this
New fuel
40psi fuel pressure
New functional injectors 550L/1600T
Proper compression
Spark on all four new NGK plugs(9s) with new NGK wires at the correct locations
Verified timing using original pulley

Things I altered during the build:
Filled rotors with 10w40 during storage
Rebuilt trailing coils according to Banzai Racing instructions
Installed Banzai's IAT and 3bar sensor
BNR stage three turbo
Turbosmart e-Boost2 Boost Controller
New pulley kit
High output altenator
Lithium battery

Current diagnostic:
Plugs come out with fuel on them
Timing on L1 is dead on leading mark but so is trailing (Map traces at 2L and 8T)
Only way I can get a bump at all is with starting fluid
Seems unlikely but there may be an exhaust leak because on some of the bumps smoke from the oil seems to come from the turbo/exhaust man. area

I am very appreciative of this forum.

Failed ECU injector drivers was the culprit.
