Red face FD No Start

Hello friends,

Quick exciting history about the car... I bought the car about a year ago. It ran good'ish, I drove it home over 650 miles without an issue. AFRs were reading high (14's at the lowest - 15.40'ish at the highest.) and I was experiencing some sputter/break up at higher RPMs.
I did pretty basic maintenance on the car, changed the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and coolant.
This is where it gets fun, I decided to try and attempt to add a bit more fuel across the map to see if the AFR's would come down a bit... annnnd the first thing I saw when I opened the FC Edit program was "Initialize Power-FC" annnnnnnnd I wiped the tune completely. Feelsbadman.jpg

I got a hold of a tuner and he recommended I get the fuel injectors cleaned and tested which I did. Got a new base map, everything is looking good, got the injectors back in without any leaks and now I'm not able to turn over the car.
It cranks good, I smell fuel, tested for spark with good results. Bought a new battery. Thought I probably flooded it a few times, so I did the de-flooding procedure, bought even more new plugs... no luck at all.

Some details about the car: Large street port, single turbo GT35R, 800cc primary / 1600cc secondary injectors, front mounted inter-cooler, full exhaust.
It's setup with the Apexi Power FC w/ the datalogit. Running 7's leading, 9's trailing. I've quadruple checked all the work I've done, I don't believe I'm missing a ground somewhere, etc.
I'll attach a log of me trying to crank over the car, perhaps that will help reveal something. I'm completely stumped.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance

2 things..... are you sure your fuel and water temp plugs are in the correct places and can you post screen shots of all the setting under each tab? are you sure your primaries are 800? theres not much i can tell from your log. i see your primaries are firing or at least receiving the signal to fire. when you pulled the injectors, did you pull the rails too? did you mess with the lines at all? if you put the feed on the return and the return on the feed, you wont get any flow through the rails but you will hear fuel flowing. this shouldnt be too hard to get sorted, the only real variables are what you touched when removing the injectors.

I'll check again for the water and fuel temp plugs tonight, along with the fuel line routing.
I'm sure the primaries are 800's, and I did pull the rails as well.
Here's some screenshots of my settings:

Thanks a lot for the help!

coooooool.... so change your fan temps to 86- 87- 88

in settings 5 your injector lag times and %ratio are wayyyyyyyyy off. change your primaries to 68.7 (from 0.7 and 0.5) and the lag time to -0.40 (from 0.00). when the car starts (which it will) adjust the -0.40 closer to 0.00 to adjust idle afr.

change the secondary lag time to 0.26

in settings 3, change your pim scale offset to option 1/normal

you sure you did a all data init? outside of the ones you changed, those settings dont look like what you get from a reset. anyway, make those changes and start the car

I did run the all data init unfortunately, this is the base map from my tuner.
Thanks again man, I’ll try and tackle that within the next few days.

I did check the fuel routing and sensors again, they looked good so I was left pretty confused haha.

Anyways, thanks! I appreciate it.
I’ll let you know how it goes!

She started right up after I made those changes! I left it on option 4 since I'm running a 3 bar map sensor.
Thanks a billion man! I'd love to shoot you an Amazon gift card for your help, it's greatly appreciated.
