how do I install Block-Off Plates?

Hi
I have a 1987 rx7 turbo and its not running. It have a brand new engine and was running ok for a few miles and fell apart so i took it to the tech and payed him alot and he told me that it was my admissions i have some japanese and some american and need to go from j-spec to a-spec. So i am now looken at geting some blockoff plates and taking all the admissions off of my car. But i dont know how so if someone know how to put on all the block off plates on let me know and alot how do i remove the mainafold because i think i have a vacume leak thanks.

Upper intake manifold, lower intake manifold. I don't know much about 2nd gens but you probably will have to remove the UIM.
And I was just messing around with your 'admission' spelling error. A zero emission engine would be electric.
