IN flooding problem

my car is starting to flood all the time now. it didn't do this before this winter. i added a 1500 watt amp. at first i thought t was the amp so i installed a kill switch for the amp. i turn it off before i turn the car off. its still having troubles. ill unplug the EGI and do the process of unflooding and it will start right up. what else could it be?
