I no this may sound far fetched but,
Take a small phillips screw driver and remove the bottom spark plug , insert the driver carefully into the hole, and use a wrentch to turn the motor, the driver will eather raise out of the hole or go in as you turn the motor, when the driver stops moving in or out when turned a very small amount then that is your TDC.
As long as you dont turn the motor over too fast or keep turning the motor if the driver is raising out of the hole then you will not hurt anything.
This is how you can do it on all rotarys
