thats what im sayin ... lol

By the way no one is trying to discredit anyone's car. I just put a video up of a lambo, that is said to be 1500hp twin turbo, running in the quarter mile. I think the cars look cool and are fun to drive (I actually have driven one none turbo ofcourse). Hell, if I had money blowing out of my *** I'd probably buy one to play with for a little while and then trade it for another fun super car and so on.

Please show me one 3 rotor ever trapping over 160mph as a true street car with AC and full interior. I guess there may be one out there but I havent seen it. I'm not too convinced anyone could build a street FD to run with the TT lambos with a 2 or 3 rotor in it.

Are you being serious, the lambo is superior in every aspect. Better everything, keep in mind these are true street cars.

**** son, you got me.

you know it still could be done though, and still for less than $200k. move the A/C condensor out of the engine bay or with a little thought and work dual side mounted oil coolers, a proper v-mounted intercooler and a large radiator with the condenser located where it normally would would work. who sais the condensor even needs to remain in the engine bay anyways, that is not some fact that has to be followed.

difference being you can't run a rotary for long sprints, but i doubt even a lambo could run 1500AWHP with the A/C running full blast indefinitely either...

anyways, why are we splitting hairs on cars that are in different categories? it went from stock lambo vs mild modded 7 to rediculous twin turbo V12's versus a rotary with A/C! are we now not allowed to add more than a 2 rotor to the mix? the 7 has to include all original comforts? what the **** are the rules here?

fortunately these cars don't need the same horsepower to go the same speed, but i will give that the 7 will lose footing on the track with the lambo having the AWD advantage. but who really takes a 1500AWHP car to the track? that is a straight line car pure and simple, he couldn't even keep it straight going straight..

Fd vs lambo shootout

Not going to lie here guys but I was torn between an fd and a viper but plain and simple my pockets were not deep enough for the v10 and mods... So the next best thing FD it has all the looks and the engine for the right price little mods and that STOCK VIPER is easy but an twin turbo viper will just eat up an FD. The cheapest way to even keep up with a tt lambo for cheap is the viper tt Still about 100k car. After watching some of these videos who can say they have a video of an FD with mod list to make 200mph at TEXAS MILE. VERY INTERESTED..

i have raced 2 lamborgini lp4-560s and both times i have been dead even with them from 40-140 on low boost which is around 320 whp on the first time i was at his door when we shut down and that was due to a difference in gear ratios i had to get out of 3rd before he did.

A stock gallardo can do 200mph without breaking a sweat.Facts are facts.
Just remember that the Racing Beat FD that flipped did that on salt, not on asphalt. Going over 200mph on asphalt is easier.

I still dont understand all the discussion. The Gallardo from the factory is a mid 12 second 1/4 mile car that traps around 120mph. Nothing crazy, however, very very few remaing stock just like our FDs. And to try to pretend any street FD is out there running with these modded Lambos is just crazy, it aint happening.

A bone stock Gallardo only makes around 370awhp on the dyno. Underground racing has made over 1900awhp on one of their tt gallardos.

Couple 1500awhp gallardos this past March at TX2K12
