SK FC with Air/Fuel managment issues

Hey, i have a 1991 FC with 13b NA. No Engine Mods yet.

Symptoms: Wont Idle, Starts and revs up to 2k then shuts down. Temp doesn't seem to affect it. (although i have not be able to get it to proper eng temp)

Checked So far: Replaced Plugs and Wires, Checked for vacuum leaks, Tried a few different idle set screw adjustments (top of Intake Throttle housing) . Cannot figure out what sensor is to the left of the Oil Pressure sensor.

From what i have learned from other posted i am leaning towards a Air Metering Sensor.
Any idea's out there? I am going to Ohm's check the TPS this week if it ever stops raining.

Recently moved to a new city and have not found any RX7 enthusiast yet so im looking for a bit of help just to bounce idea's back and forth. These Air/Fuel management systems are like nothing i have worked on before

From North Battleford. It idles rough and low when i unplug the Air meter, soon as i plug it in it revs up and dies. Air meter causing over fueling it seems.. Cannot find my style on Kijiji ,the round N350, 197200-0011 . Does anyone know of the Resistance tests that can be done?
