Does anyone know of or can tell me about any engine builders in the Tampa FL area they would recommend that is affordable to rebuild a motor.

Pettit is 3 hours away from you in West Palm.. I am not sure if that is affordable tho. What are you trying to spend, your best bet might be buying a Rebuilt engine off the forums.

 

Also, try Kilo in Orlando. Not sure of anyone in Tampa

Ive been to Pettit several times & Kilo has done work on my motor in the past..
Im looking for 425-450 HP.
So the direction I want to go in is from Street port to Bridge port & from stock seqential to single turbo to get it.
Ive already got the injector upgrades & Apexi FC.

 

you can get those HP numbers on a street port..

Yea thats what I was told by Noel an engine builder close to me.
I should be able to achieve what I want with my current set up if I step-up to a single turbo, injectors/fuel rail & fuel pump.
Noel seems like a pretty knowledgable guy. We put together a game plan hopefully we can make it happen.

I only know of 3 guys.

They are, its just they are a bit more pricey cause they have to deal with overhead. Sometimes you get better work from a smaller place & save yourself some money too..
