hey can i change the front cover of an s5 to an s4 for i can use the same wiring harness of an s4

Yes the front covers are interchangeable. There were some small changes with the water pump housings as well so you may need to bolt the S4 one on as well unless you want to do a little grinding. It's not that bad but it's easier to just swap the S4 water pump assembly on as well. If you have an S5 and do this and get rid of the electronic oil metering pump, your ecu will go into limp mode so you'd need to address this as well. If you have an aftermarket ecu, don't worry about it.
