compression tester

compression tester

the heater core hose blew on my FC and it overheated. Now it just cranks but wont fire up... if someone knows where i can get a compression tester for a rotary i would appreciate it.

The dealer has one. My local dealer charged about $90 for a compression test, but I hear some are asking outrageous amounts because they don't want to do it.

Other than that, a regular compression gauge with the check valve removed should give you a basic idea.
