CAS wiring question

Hello everyone,

So here I am again stumped with another problem go figure lol. So I have a 94 rx7 I got the car a few years ago and the p.o thought it was blown up, so the car sat for about 3 years so as you can imagine it was in rough shape and unfortunately do to my previous line of work I didn't have much time to work on the car. But in the time I did find it had good compression and needed a fuel pump, so after replacing the pump cleaning the tank and getting good gas in the car I got it STARTED!!!!! The car sounded really good but almost like it was missing. So sent the injectors out to be tested, they failed lol. So I bought a new set of injectors and rails. Upon installation of the new parts the car has no spark🤬

So I started checking out fuses and relays everything has power all the way to the coil but no fire. And the tachometer dose not move while cranking. The harness was in pretty bad shape it has been hacked by the p.o so I decided to pull the harness out and check it for cuts breaks and things like that when I came to the CAS wires at the ecu and of the mess .
I have been unable to find any definitive answer for if it is wired correctly any help is greatly appreciated thank you for your time and information.
