i need to find ether the relay or fuse for the fuel pump do you know where it is?

1990 gtu, i checked the relay by the driver side and its good, but i don't know if it has another one and i have no idea where the fuse is, i checked the pump manually and it worked, but with the key it won't.

on 84 and up it only run when the car is cranking/running
