I have a 91 convt with 72k on it. It runs good, however it pulses between 1.5 and 1.7 while idling. Could it be an O2 sensor? I don't have any records for the car but I know it is recommended to replace it at 60k.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I go about finding the leak ?

 

looks for a cracked vacume line

spray some wd-40 around, if it smooths out, you just sprayed the leaked, keep looking and you will find it

 

calibrate your tps also..... (or should i say tps reports)

 

Will I damage the engine driving it this way ? The check engine light is on.

I hate to sound stupid, but what is a tps ?
