Can I blow my N/A engine by

This is what happend. I was porting my manifold and lost my injector boot that seats it in the manifold. It might be in my intake. If it was would the boot shoot out right away?

Another ?....I used Blue RTV to seal the injector were the boot was and cranked it. It wasnt dry and some got sucked up and I heard this buning noise. Is this the boot frying or the RTV frying and will it destroy my engine. i turned it off right away. I had to get to work so I had to give it a try before I order a new one.

Someone had to of had this happen to them before.

Not sure about your first question.

I bought a TII that someone tried to use RTV to seal the injectors in the fuel rail and the intake. The car never ran again and they assured me they were careful and didn't use to much. The fuel rail was clogged up with RTV and they only used a little. I would suggest using the correct factor seats and o-rings so you don't create yourself more problems. If the car still runs then install the proper parts before it possibly gets worse.

But FPREP...Thiers no way the RTV could have got inside the injector or rail. It got sucked in though the intake manifold. I started it with the correct boot just know and it runz like ****. Could it of been the RTV still in the engine..How do I get it out.
