Boost Leak......

Boost Leak......
ok....i have a 95Base with Blitz BOV....when i installed it....i turned it all the way down at the tracks to run....my boost gauge read....8-7-7 around there.....i put the STOCK one back in...PEAK boost was at 10-11......then i put the blitz back in..turned it alll the way up..now its around 10-8-8 around there.......maybe the IC hose is leakin...what OTHER HOSE should i check also???? any ideas????
