ok are they scratches or scuff marks or what. from what i see in the pic looks like a couple of scuff marks
now eather way you do it its ganna take some time and money to be dne right
if it is scratched through the paint to the primer then you will have to sand it down re primer it re paint it and then re clear coat it if it is just surface scuff marcs that might have gane threough the clear coat but not thrugh te paint then you can get by, by wet sanding with 1000 grit or more sand paper but you will have to be carefull in nt going through the paint or you might as well do the steps previously stated, assuming that you didnt go through thte paint after wet sanding you can get some polish NOT WAX but polish ex Mothers polish and polish the hell out it till you get the shine...... if you are ganna sand, primer and paint the most expensive part of this is buying a paint gun and air compressor
if you can barrow or know someone that will do this then its the more preffered way to go, you wont spend a whole lot on paint considering the area maybe a pint of each now a suggestion on clear coat would be dupont chroma clear it goes on like glass and an amatur could make a masterpeace with this stuff but make sure you practice on something before you aply to the car so you get your spray stroke down, do this with all thre because they all coat differrently
when all said and done dont drive for 24 to 48 hour it takes a while for clear coat to cure then enjoy

Most "paintless dent" places have a guy that can to paint touch ups. I've seen these guys do some awesome work at my dealership. They paint, blend, buff, and make it ******* dissapear.
Call around, it would probably be pretty cheap.
