Believe this 700 hp claim?

http://www.sasracing.com/3rotor.html

They claim to have 3 rotor 700 horse power engines.

Anybody can attest to thier claims or believe it?

And would a 700 3rotor, be better then a 550 2 rotor?

A 700hp 3 rotor is not far fetched. And yes a 700hp 3 rotor is better than a 550hp 2 rotor, not only because of the obvious increase in hp but the 3 rotor has more torque and a wider powerband..

i'm sure if you run more boost you can get a lot more out of it.

SAS has been around for a while, so they aren't just newbies throwing out numbers. That is a peripheral port engine and I don't see any turbos. This page (http://www.sasracing.com/projects.htm) shows some intake tubing that doesn't look boost-capable, so it seems like they are making 700 at the flywheel without boost. Wow!

Without forced induction I don't see it. With forced induction, easy.

Hmm, I would believe it more to the fact that it is peripheral ported.

There's no intake manifold on that engine in those pictures. That tubing is how racing beat attaches their pp manifolds to the engines. It works for intercooler piping.
