my rx7t2 the motor oil looks like milk what have could have went bad ? apex seals i dunno please help

 

Oil plus water = milk When did you change oil last ? Water vaper will cause some to be in the oil fill cap and dip stick. If you changed the oil and there is alot of milk maybe the water seals ( o-rings ) are bad.

 

whould i be able to replace the water seals or o rings ?
whould the water pump cuz that if it was bad sorry im new at rotary
