Advise on Electrical Fan
i'm doing an electric fan setup in my FC....any advise from u guys as to what setup i can run in regards to some kind of temperture automatic turn on feature, so it doesn't have to run constantly when not needed?
I wouldn’t it’s just a waste of money up front, you wont get any gain, and it will shorten your battery life. You shouldn’t need the fan if your running stock even with a port you only really need one when your running major horse and/or a 20B conversion. Stick with stock fan.

i've already started the setup, took out the stock fan, and installed electric one.

Most autoparts stores sell relay kits that have either adjustable sensors, or standardized sensors like 185 or 195*. They use a probe that goes in your radiator fins. Personally, I would buy a GM or aftermarket temp switch that completes a ground at ~190* and use it to complete the ground on the relay. It could easilly be mounted in the thermostat neck or waterpump housing. Right now, I have my Taurus fan running the low power off of a 40A relay. I ran the relay ground to the cockpit and mounted a toggle between the relay and a bolt on the shifter. It works well given that I actually remember to turn it on, but Im used to it now.
