My engine locked up in my 89 rx7 n/a how hard would it be to rebuild and what would I need...plz help

 

you need to take it apart to see exactly what the problem is.
There is no real way to tell what you need,so there is no point in telling you to go out and buy parts that you may NOT need.
Diassemble,access,diagnose,order parts,rebuild.

And as far as "how hard is it?"..it depends on your mechanical abilities and the ability to search for "Aaron Cake Videos" on Youtube to see how to rebuild a Rotary engine.He's pretty good with the hands on and shows you how to rebuild these Taco engines.
