85 Rx7 Clutch issuel

Hi, i recently acquired an rx7 on the cheap, engine starts and all that but the clutch has no pedal pressure and won't disengage, transmission seems fine, engages all the gears with the engine off, both the slave and master cylinder have been replaced recently. When the pedal is applied the slave does engage the fork, and moves it around an inch or so. My instincts are telling me that the pressure plate is where the problem lies, so I need a clutch kit, and most likely need to refinish the flywheel? Does this seem right?

bleed the clutch..there is air in it.
If the Clutch drops to the floor and the pedal does not come up...AIR.

I've vacuum bled it, the pedal does come back up by itself. Just no pressure, and it won't disengage.

if there's pressure at the master cyl keeping the pedal from staying on the floor, but not moving the slave cyl, seems to reason it's the path between them has a blockage. i'd bet the flex hose. i say replace all 3 pieces, no more worries.
