corner seals which one to get.

I've been using the atkins solids with depression for about 20k now and they spec out at .270 a few were .269 if I'm not mistaken but .268 is trash. I read somewhere others were getting there solid corners new in this thickness? I have a feeling mine were not far from that to begin with as I just assumed they were new n good to go. Anyways I'm a half bridge. What's your guys input on the solids with out depression or stock w no plug. Or if there is any other solid type out there.

I've always ran stock corner seals, with the plug. Even in bridgeports.
