I own a 3rd gen and I thought specifically that it was a two seater. I came across this site (jimmys-rx7.co.uk) and it was saying that it had OEM j-specs rear seats for the FD3S. I thought to myself that it was pretty odd so I messaged the shop asking whether It was true and could I get a picture of them because I never knew there were rears for a 3rd gen. True enough he e-mailed me back with a picture. Can anyone verify if these are real OEM or someone made them?

i have seen those seats in person at a car show in atlanta. he said that they were j-spec seats and that they fit perfectly into the car. so i guess if what he told me is ture than yes the jspec fd has rear seats. noot like anybody could sit there anyways! unless you were two feet tall

 

In Japan they have 2+2 FDs, you can probably buy the rear seats and just bolt them on in replacing our rear boxes.
