(2G) How to get crank pulley off?

In order to replace my water pump housing, I have to get the crank pulley off. (I've got a 6 groove for the SC serpentine, and two V grooves for PS & AC) I removed the four small screws, but it doesn't want to budge. I'm assuming I have to take off the large center bolt and what appears to be a washer below it. Am I correct, and how do I get this off?

The large bolt doesn't need to come out to replace the water pump/housing.

All you need to do is take off the four bolts. I just removed my pulley, and it took a lot of force/tapping to work it off.

mark it first before you take if off; otherwise, you may put it back incorrectly.

the bolts are off center; ie, all 4 holes only line up a certain way. There is no need to mark them.
