Question How to set my idle (not stock)

Before I start, I wanted to say I did the throttle body mod on fc3s-pro.com the other day and WOAH! The car wants to walk out at full boost going straight now. Need.. Torsen... (before that I was only getting 85% throttle due to a hangup in the linkage...)

Anyway, the car idles at 1000 rpm. It has ever since I fixed my maps last month. I think whoever did the old maps lowered the idle by retarding the timing...

I have no BAC valve, so I can't do it there. The 2 screws left on the throttle body are both cranked all the way down.

My only thought at this point is this. At idle, the lower 2 throttle butterflies are snap shut while the top one is cracked open. I don't know how to make that crack smaller. Also in that top plate, there is a small hole. I am considering closing it up with JB Weld. Yes? No?

The strange thing is, when I cold start the car it idles at 750 till it hits temperature, then goes up to 1000. WTF???

JB weld may break free your motor will eat it , not good , remove the tbody and braze the hole closed and sand smooth ,cost should be very low for this no failure way easy to do right
