I recently got a 1985 Rx7 with 21k miles on it. What I thought was going to take a little work to get started and going turns out to be constantly fighting me. Issues with startup that are now fixed and the steering wheel not rotating back to center and all those issues aside. The one that I cannot crack is that after I get off the highway (and typically my car has been driving residential for about 20 min beforehand). And the first stop I hit my cars engine just turns off. Starting it back up is fine, but this continues to happen most times my car stops after I get off the highway. I have no idea why or what to do so any recommendations are welcomed. Please help me if you can I really like and want to stick with this car.
