The "LEGEND"

That car\team proved that a 3/4 can be FAST & CONSISTENT

Hopefully, they will build another one (20B anybody ) or keep improving the RX-8's time\MPH

Yo Eric, we finally have something in common- I too really liked that car. They had it dialed in and where always real consistant low 7's. But it seems like money is not an issue so I'm sure he'll be right back cutting low 7's again. Wish I had that kind of cash. He probably has a wherehouse full of virgin first gens just waiting as backups. LOL

Lazcano is very lucky to be alive!!!!!! I just saw raw footage of the crash and let me tell you.. Chivirico built a very safe car for Pica!!!
The chute pulled the back of the car in the air then it blew off the car.. after it blew off the car lost control and went into the grass on the right lane, which caused it to go airborn then into a roll.. I think if he didn't go into the grass, he would have ended up in the sandtrap at over 140mph
The car was on 3 wheels when the chute deployed
Thank god the driver is ok

Man that sucks **** to see that car as such a crumpled mess.It certainly is my favourite PR car ever, always quick and always at the track.
I'll be super impressed if they can build a replacement in time for the Import Revolution.a sad day.
regards glenno

Yes,after triple checking everything, the old chassis was updated and certified no long ago so it will need maybe small details to fit the new body.

The car is moving along nicely, it's getting all the necessary fiberglass work done now then it's off to Rafy's Paint.
