13b pp tuning help
I all,i have an 13b peripheral port running on normal aspirations with microtech lt10s ecu and methanol fuel, any buddy know about what timing i should set on this motor?and how to shoot flame when de accelerate?

Any buddy know how to tune like this?

about 20-25 degrees advance at idle, 35 under higher loads and about 40-45 when cruising. for fuel AFR it all depends on the size of your PP, the larger it is the more fuel hungry it will be. 11-12.5AFR is a good starting point to aim for in all rev ranges, slowly taking out fuel and monitoring performance, if you lose performance then you are too lean. a PP isn't a novice engine to tune, even if it is n/a
for flames just set all the 25-30"Hg ranges to about 1Ms or higher and retard timing to 10BTDC in the same ranges, you'll get a lot of unburnt fuel on decel. just don't cry to me if your bumper melts.

having never used a dyno or attended an actual dyno-tuning session, please forgive my possible ignorance here. i always thought that the flames i saw in most of those videos was something relatively normal. i thought the extra fuel was just a natural by-product of the high RPM, high load conditions.
by the way ... welcome back, man.

so you're saying this is something that they're doing on purpose?
