13b Distributor -> CAS

I have a 13b with a Distributor. I am going to do LS coils with a standalone since im dong ITBs. For this I will need to install a CAS, but im unsure what the process would look like. I'd imagine it wouldnt just drop in, but I dont know. I am trying to avoid cracking open the motor to change anything out since I want to rebuild it next year, not this year. What will I need to change out / do?

Sorry this may seem dumb to some, but it is something I have already searched for my answer on the forums and cant find.

Thank you for reading.

It was Mazda's way of not needing to change very much in the way of tooling.

Somewhere I read that FCs in some markets had distributors and thermal reactors, so this may have been expedient for that reason too.
