FD ECU Check Engine Light wiring

FD ECU Check Engine Light wiring
I am looking for a wiring diagram or for someone to trace where the input to the CEL light on the japanese cars goes to. I believe it probably goes to the ELD unit but I am not sure which pin. On the American cars we do not get to use the PFC warning light for knock and injector duty cycle warnings because of the wiring and use of the exhaut overheat light. Any help on this would be appreciated very much by many members with US make FD's who would like to make the warning functional. Shoot may save some engines too.

i get confused even reading your post
what's CEL, do you mean where the input to it COMES FROM, how can can an input go anywhere ?
what's ELD ?
what's PFC ?
not ragging on you man, just saying that if you are not getting a response it may be because we don't know enough to help
keep in mind that here in japan the cars are cheap enough that most foreigners here don't have the time or space to rip into their car in that depth
and those japanese that do, don't hang out on this forum

CEL Check Engine Light
PFC Power FC (Apex ECU)
ELD Electronic Load Unit (detects electrical load and compensates with higher rpm)
Anyway specifically I would like to either get a wiring diagram for and S6 and trace the CEL from its output, whether that be the ecu or the ELD.

Don't know if this helps, but my 93 FD doesn't have a CEL that I can find....I removed the dash and checked each bulb socket with a flashlight... no provisions for a check engine light. I grounded the diag port (ten to grnd) nothing, haven't tried to do the one for the auto trans yet. I'm new to the rotor scene, but maybe this will gen some interest and we'll both learn something.
