Well the first pic I cant read the first two kanji but after that are the kanji for Tan San which is carbonation. and after that it says gas. So my guess is this is a CO2 tank or whatever gas tank they use when mixing Coca Cola syrup with carbonation. Because the second pic says Tokyo Coca Cola Bottling.

In other words you do not have some top secret JDM Nozzzzzz! lol You can pay me for that later over a nice cold Coca Cola

ha, thanks...Im making a kegerator over here in japan, and I bought the tank off of some guy here, just making sure it didn't say something like DO NOT FILL.

im in fussa, but i leave in 5 days for ecuador for a few(6) months, i'll be back sometime in sept tho. I'll post some pics of my fd.
