I'm going to keep the rear subframe, cause I'm planning a Lotus Seven-inspired self-build car, based on the FC components. The front subframe is not yet saved from the body yet. But it should be in ok condition. The body was not to bad, a little rust, but could be saved very well (no accident). I just neither have space nor time for that. And since nobody wants to pick it up, I'll have to throw it away.

cool, remember every single removable part is worth saving (door locks, fuel tank door etc..)

Yep, that's what I think too. Sometime it's the real small and stupid stuff that's the hardest to get. So I saved everything that was worth saving. I only threw away the parts that couldn't be used anymore.
I'm more of a SA/FB guy, as you know, and I know that some parts start to get difficult to obtain. So if I have a complete FC, I will make sure that all parts are kept!
So if anyone needs something: every part is for sale, and I normally sell cheap.

Stupid question?

Why didn't you buy the Stainless Steel brake and clutch lines at your Automotive shop?

It would have save you some transport costs or not?

Stupid questions requires dumb answers J/K

I couldnt get DOT approved brakelines at the local shop and i dont feel like swapping parts when i go to the car inspection.

Well i bought my parts along with some springs and brakelines for a friends 3rd gen and we paid 50/50 on shipping.
i bought the parts from www.corksport.com very cool guy lots of feedback

Total for the parts and shipping/insurance was 698$

I can buy springs at my local shop, but i better save up a few bucks since this one blew the bank---Kim

Hey! those springs and brake lines look just like the ones you ordered for me

Are you posting photos so I will pay you faster? if so?? it's working

Unfortunately, $430 of the $698 is what I owe Kim, my wife is working so NOW is a good time to smuggle the parts over!

Mike, your car looks real good! I hope I get mine ready soon. Once the weather becomes good I want it to be clean and painted.

Another + My 323

Its suprising how clean they look in the photos ... both are filthy at the moment

the camera has a nasty habbit of showing up the slight differences in the new paint (look at the rear 1/4 !)

Yeah, Happy Birthday to you, too, Kim.

I forgot to mention that my 30th was 4 days before yours. Man, I sure don't feel 30...
