Or maybe its just the fact that I "Like" married women

Mr There's romance on the forum...
Well, Kim, maybe after ten bacardi's you'll really like Sully... And I mean really like
BTW: is anybody planning projects for the winter season? Apart from being stupid on the forum???
Personally, I had a lot planned, but since I'm moving to another place in Januari, I won't have that much time left to work on those projects after all...

i closed that thread, i am tired of these fights which always pops out

i don`t mind them in lounge, but we really don`t need to have European forum full of threads fighting and flaming....

btw, i have not seen any really good thread for a LONG time....good = related to RX-7 scene....

(maybe thats because my car is not running and winter is coming? )

anyways, enjoy our lounge

Well, I plan on being in Iceland for the week of New Year's. No projects planned for that time, though, other than

And Higgi, there have been rotary-related threads. Problem is, we're all so good at hijacking, you can't find them

I finally got the SS resonator that has been in backorder for two months, so im most likely building a true dual exhaust sometime this winter. I had taken measurements from a US exhaust gasket for the flange, but apparently EU and USA arent the same. Ours are larger with two EGR passages or maybe I just ordered the wrong one back then.
Anyway I still need to get a new flange cut

u talking about exhaust flange on engine?

any 13b should work for you US or EU (i know they are different but it should not matter once getting rid of emissions crap)

I had cut a flange from a US gasket, but when putting it on the motor it was too small the two EGR passages would not be covered, which would make for a really loud exhaust
See you im gonna go get wasted

Kim, try NOT to get drunk going out one night, maybe you won't talk nonsence to girls that time (yeah I know, you are always to drunk to remember you do such things) and who knows, you may get laid!

Large amounts of alcohol and sex do not mix, only low amounts of alcohol works (and you can always get waisted after sex)

(never worked for me though)

As for my winter plans, right now I'm working through the weekend while its my girlfriends birthday and it sucks 10000x. Next week is more work, week after that is course week, weekend after that I'm helping out a friend swapping the engine of his Starlet, after that we should finally be able to pull the first fiberglass mold from our sideskirt project, and when all that is finished, I hope I either:
- find someone with a trailer who can bring my RX7 to the workshop
- talk to the car dealer across the street if I can use his bridge for awhile (I dont think he really uses it)

Busy winter

Owh, RE, hope you found a nice place! what sorta place you moving to? something with a garage I hope?

Delorean actually

Starlet is just motor swap.

I might do skirts and such for the FC some day, but right now there are more important matters to be fixed on the FC. First things first, I need to get it indoors so I can work on it properly!

Yeah, it's a nice place. I wanted to get out of the busy city, so we'll move to a rather small vilage, actually you've been in that village, as my brother lives there aswell. I'll be about 3km away from my brother and about 5km away from my parents (and 20km from work, while that's only 1.3km now... I guess you can't have it all )
The house is a lot larger then where I live now. Once we have everything organised (will take some time, with the birth of my first son or daughter on the way) I'll have plenty of space. Apart from the normal rooms (living room, kitchen, bedrooms etc) I'll have a whole basement for my modelrailroad, and an attic for my other modeling hobbies (cars etc) I'll have one garage right now (Ro80 will go in) and a large driveway. We'll build a second garage next to it once we're settled down a bit, and maybe a "car-port" (sort of open garage) aswell. So I'll be ok there
We'll also have the garden we have wanted for so long...

Yep, but also a lot of work coming all at the same moment. Cleaning up that house (wallpaper, painting...), the stress of the last few months of the pregnancy (I guess I'll have to do some more household work now ) and picking up the Ro80 in december...
And then moving everything! That's all the furniture, about 130 boxes of unbuild modelcars, about the same amount of build cars/bikes/trucks/trains... 4 cars to move, 1 motorcycle, too many things people collect over the years... I'm stressed even before start!

Congratulations on your new house, Bart.
It isnt nesecesarily*spell* a bad thing to have 20 km to work, just see it as another possibility to drive your cars.
I have like 8 km to work and loving it, whereas Oliver has less than a km and warming up the car takes longer than actually driving it

yeah, but now I walk (1.3km=11min) and that's my only sport... It's also very cheap, and no stress with traffic jams etc.

Welcome. And yes, it does count
And Merry Christmas to you too!!

As for the "home-work-distance" thing discussed earlier, I too live about 2 minutes from my office, so no need for a car. Thats why I havent bought a car here in Belgium......

Problem is, I'm starting to have withdrawal symptoms
