Really, really great!
I'm not planning to take flying lessons, but I'd really like something like a duo seat in a sail-plane...

No problem if you ever come to Slovenia. I need to have 100 flying hours under my belt before I can fly with passengers though... I'll go flying on Wednesday again I guess.

Ever been to Holland Kim?
In Belgium we have a rather mixed landscape. Flat in the north, but with some nice hills when you go further south. While the south of Belgium is a very old mountain area. Because it's so very old, the mountains have become large hills. Still very beautifull if you're used to flatlands all the time.

Yes Kim, we have very diverse landscape. Mountains, sea, valleys, flatlands....
Where I was flying is the part of country that goes from hills (around 1500m altitude) to wide flatlands towards Hungary.

Ive been to holland once with a buddy who is a truckdriver, we drove Volvo nonstop holland-Sweden, omg what a difference. Holland is a nice country with a whorehouse at every freeway exit whereas sweden is all about the landscape

Sweet eh ?
I took my lessons last year (for the sailplane) and am totaling at 73hours of solo flight until now. The glider I was in is an Elan DG 101G.

Cheers!
What a great hobby you have Cruiser. Beautiful photos too!

Great hobbies (not hobby) he means! Cars and planes, what can a guy want more? (girls, but that's not to be discussed here )

Hey, Bart, have you been to the strawberry museum? I was reading this box of Berry Burst Strawberry Cheerios (breakfast cereal), and it said there is a museum entirely dedicated to strawberries somewhere in Belguim.

Just wondering...

HOT NEWS:
The British classic car magazine "Classic & Sports car" has a article about the Mazda RX7 (25th birthday) and Mazda's rotary version of the Australian Holden.
It's not 100% accurate, but still informative...

It also has a very nice 15-page article about the 911
