PMS ECU software?

I was wondering if anyone knows if they make a Software program to install on a laptop to plug into the Peter Ferrall ECU. If so, anyone have a link to it or any way of getting a hold of it. I have a brand new Laptop i would love to use as a ECU display!

PFS sells it on his site $299
http://www.pfsupercars.com/

I understand it is copy protected by registering to ECU serial number. He doesnt really support the ECU any mor so I am sure he is not selling many copies. Maybe we could get a GB on the last few ....

i received this answer....

I discontinued the Mazda PMS in 03 the Interacq win is still for sale for $299.00 but I can't supply Mazda tunning support. Doug W

To which I gracefully replied:

Isn't $299 a little high for a floppy disc and NO SUPPORT ?
Thanks, but I will take all my business to another vendor.

You are talking about Doug here, right? When you say above that PFS doesn't "really" support the software - maybe you mean answering phone questions from people they don't know? Just wondering. As a regular customer I get all the support I need, and then some.

Same here, I'd pay $100 for it. But no way in heck I'd pay $300, I barely paid more than that for the computer itself.
