Angry Please Help why is my car surging..

I tried a search but nothing what I wanted to hear..My car has been surging for the past 3 days ever since i installed my clutch and my mechanic left the keys in the ignition over nights and the battery died.So when it got jumped I started the car and it has been surging since.I have noticed that my PAC sensor has been blinking on nd off.Does anyone know if there is anything i can play with to stop this by using the pfc commander...

Thanks

Had the same problem with my car for awhile, I thought it had to do with somthing in the PFC, but turned out the TPS had been off, had that adjusted and all is fine. Check it out on your car first before messing with your PFC.

TPS is located on the firewall side of the throttle body, here is a link that tells you how to adjust it.

sounds like you might have a vacuum line that goes or is associated with this PFC sensor that is broken or not attached anymore. maybe while removing the transmission the mechanic knocked some vacuum lines loose or put them back in the wrong spot. I would look at any part of the car the mechanic may have been around. look for loose hoses or wires. battery being dead should not cause any problems unless they jump started the car wrong and fried some electronic parts(not to likely). look at the vacuum lines though.
