Is it normal for oil pressure to be high

i dont kno much about rx7's but i just got a rebuild engine and turbos and for some reason the mechanics couldnt get the second turbo working. they told me to break in the engine and turbos before bringing it back but it seems like my oil pressure goes up higher than normal. while im on the freeway i keep it at around 3 to 3500 rpm and the oil pressure guage reaches the last line before 120 and sometimes higher. i was wondering if that is normal and if that guage is the oil pressure or somethign else. Ive tried going past 4000 rpms but the needle stays at a little past the line before the 120 mark. If its not normal could it be a problem with the second turbo since it isnt working? If anyone knows whats wrong please let me kno because i dont like bringing my car to these ppl but since i payed for it i want them to fix it and not spend anymore money than i should.

If you are talking 120 psi of oil pressure, that sure it much to high. It would translate in about 8 bar. Which is pretty steep.

Isn't there a unit mentioned in the dials??
If it was temperature, 120 degrees Fahrenheit would be about 50 degrees Celcius, which it to low of a operating temperature.

Are you able to put up a picture if the dial guage here, or e-mail it to me??
