hurky jerky

I put about 80 miles on my FD, pulled up to a red light. When it turned green when I hit the gas the whole car started jerking, like it would go and cut out, go and cut out.
This happened on my other FD so I pulled the MAP sensor, cleaned the connections and it didn't happen again.
Did that this time and, nothing. Same issue continues. Light gas is no issue, but if I step remotely hard on the gas it does the hurky jerky like someone learning to drive a stickshift.
Any ideas?
Running PFC if that matters, otherwise, just some fuel system upgrades and vmount.
