Can anyone recommend a good book that gets in depth on EFI management tuning. I have books about basic OEM fuel management, but I'm looking for the performance oriented tuning.

I don't know of any but surely you could search the net. I know you asked for a recommendation of a certain book but I thought I would just reply since you went to the trouble of posting. I am sure there are articles, books which may fill in some of the gaps. The rotary engine is a special breed. I my self trouble shot computer controlled fuel injection systems for 20 years at General Motors dealers so the inside stuff, programing is the real ticket. I think thats for the big guys who have the talent and equipment/R&D money. I have a 93 FD and am installing a new engine, turbo's etc. and find the systems real basic being an older car. It's a shame they are not at least OBD-1 that way we could scan the internal data, the inputs and outputs but it is what it is an engine on steroids.
