I was wondering about the FCON, not the GCC but just the FCON. How well does it work? Is it easy to install? How well would it work with a upgraded turbo and fuel system? I am looking for a basic plug and play system is that the FCON? If not what would you recommend? I am new to the Turbo world so please let me know your experiences on what works and what doesn't.

I have a fcon and works fine, I have a apexi single turbo upgrade, with stock injectors and upgraded fuel pump. I make over 400HP with no fuel problems.

 

Don't mean to hijack the thread but I need to ask Richie what setting is your FCON on? I have the FCON with the following mods:

Intake
Downpipe
Highflow Cat
Exhaust
Boost Controller at 13 psi

My setting is at 3 however I'm running really rich. I'm a bit hesitant (scared) to lean out the mixture since there's only 2 setting between what I'm at now and the stock fuel maps so I'm curious to see what the settings are for a seriously beefed-up FD.

I'm dynoing the car today and am going to see what kind of improvements I can make on the settings.

i just got my f-con with a gcc they are simple to install just plug in i think the hardest thing is finding a spot to mount i can't wait to try it since my car is not running and im putting in a new motor at the moment... i however am also interested in richies settings since my f-con was set at 8 when i got it and he was running an intake rb full 3in exhaust and greddy fmic and since i have an intake gutted cats and i port and polished my stock turbo and i'm gonna put in a starion fmic i was thinking of setting mine at 5 but if svelte is running rich at 3 then i'm curious on who sets their cons to what with what mods? anyone that uses an f-con please any input helps preferably in an s4 t2 but ill take any thing into consideration.....thanks
