HKS-FCON installed - now get stumbling

The FCON smoothed out the entire powerband and removed the 3k hesitation, but now it stumbles twice at primary-to-secondary transition. I mean, the whole car's balance gets upset, and it doesn't feel/sound like fuel cut. Boost pattern is a good 12-8-10, and the internal adjustment screw(calibrated 1-9 with 9 being full rich) is set at 3 for my engine mods below. Any suggestions? HKS is no help in suggesting proper settings, and I don't have an AF or EGT guage yet. I do get a lot of cold-start backfiring and popping between gears, but I think that is normal richness. I'm pretty sketchy about running lean, of course. Any suggestions on what setting I should base-line with? Anyone have a spec sheet?

Hey Toadman, check your silicone vacuum lines going from the sensor to the IM. Mine cut itself on that really sharp metallic ABS shield from vibration.

Hey thanks Toady, that's what it was! I re-routed a new vacuum hose to the IM and zip-tied it. No more boost leaks at 12 psi. You rock dude...
