Does anyone know if any of the companies make a piggy-back system for the 1987 Model RX7? And if so, can someone help me out with a price? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I have not heard of any. All the tuning I've seen has been accomplished via swapping of EPROMS.

There have been a few companies that offered reprogrammed ECU's, but I'm not sure any offered more that a generic set of maps.

Do you have a turbo or n/a?

I'm currently working on a project to reverse engineer these ECUs, so that they can be tuned by swapping out the ROMs or use of a romulator.
