^stock TII setup will never hit 300rwhp.
I push 200rw at 10psi. The stock S5 turbo with FMIC and larger piping lasted me 3 months at 12-14psi before the turbo had a catastrophic failure(2 weeks ago).
Most people have barely cracked 250rw on stock turbo.
Upgrade turbo to BNR stage 2 and you'll hit 300rw but then you need to manage it and tuning sucks ***.
Still though. I love the feel of a turbo rotary and I'll always have a place for one. I'm just looking for rock solid reliability in my track car.

See what I was telling you? ******* huge for some reason!
Its a Throatstab Inc. piece. 3" Downpipe with resonator, bolts up into dual 2.5" with 4" polished stainless tips. Rear bumper is a modified BN. It looks better than any exhaust I could find and its exactly what I wanted but it is beyond loud and 90% purple now
Traded a guy for painting some wheels. Thought these turned out pretty sweet. Still have to throw the blow off valve on but you get it.

Sure my car looks cool, but honestly I would NEVER do another car this extreme. You have no idea how hard I had to look for parts and cut out pretty much everything let alone all the parts I had to make from scratch. My biggest thing right now is getting my knuckles done, finishing up my interior bs, and painting it.
DO NOT EVER RUN THE WHEEL SIZES I AM!!!!!
DO NOT EVER RUN THE WHEEL SIZES I AM!!!!!

it looks like your hard work will be well paid off though!
my buddy is very well tuned with full stand alone and hours on the dyno and is at 258 on a stock s5 turbo, large street port and front mount. stock turbo isnt efficient past 10-12psi and with a stock ic? i have to call bs on this.

id have to agree i figured it could get to 300hp but not much over.... and the stock intercooler is a horriable intercooler.. or atleast it was for me... but if you can show us by all means prove us wrong

the stock IC is great as long as you are not sitting in traffic all day long. This is of course on a stock turbo with slightly upped boost.
Yeah my personal bets with the stock turbo is 275. I dynoed it at Techno sports in Okinawa. TMIC, GTR fuel pump, adjustable regulator and tuned rom.
I put a chromoly flywheel on it and new clutch two weeks later at a Auto Shop turbo in Okinawa and it dynoed 267 on their dyno. It was really hot that day and I think the other shop has the dyno calibrated to inflate numbers. I was always told by reputable shops in Japan that 280 was the max if it was a turbo that was newer and in good shape. I have also seen Rmagic make 300hp flywheel with the stock fuel system and tuned rom but you cannot expect to get 100,000 mile out of that.

Did anyone know the owner of BN is Pakistany??
The stock turbo on a street port alone would start dying out pretty quickly. I'd love to see a video of the car running with a boost gauge on a dyno.
The stock turbo on a stock motor and TMIC can;t hold 14psi to redline. How the hell would it hold equivalent cfm through a SP motor and jump up over 120 hp. IF you managed to hold 14 psi with a SP then that turbo is destine to not be of this world.

Damn that would be pretty hot. Mine was barely over ambient most of the time, but again my ambient air temp was much lower but we have a high humidity index here.
