Your going to have a rough time bleeding the air out of that radiator. I had the same problem with mine and my outlet is only 3 rows under the very top most point. I put another bleed valve or drain on the top most point so I could get the trapped air out. Worked like a charm

 

Im running 179° F in AZ temps, which have been in the 90's mid day. We tuned for 2 hours and saw temps no higher than 180. What I did was custom water neck with a talk cap and AN
